Cancellation & Refunds

We at  hyatTea are committed towards helping our customers in every way possible. Thus, we have formulated an easy and hassle free cancellation and return policy.

Cancellation Process

If, at anytime, you feel the need to/ you have to cancel your order, the complaint will only be registered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount. However, the request will not be entertained if the order has already been processed and is in the shipping process.
If the product has been shipped and received and the product is found it to be faulty, only then will it be eligible for replacement.
No cancellation will be entertained for products that are under any kind of promotional schemes (E.g. sale or promos).

Return Policy

According to our return policy, the following points have to be taken into consideration:

  • We will lodge a replacement complaint if a product has been delivered wrongly or if it is faulty. Such products should be returned within 48 hours in its original condition.
  • We might even ask you to submit photos of the product and the packaging material, to understand the problem better, during this process.
  • Once the return is confirmed, we will replace the product with a brand new product of the same value at no extra cost.
  • In case of damage done by the customer or normal wear and tear, the product is NOT returnable.

The product that is to be returned should be given back with all the original packaging. No physical damage to the box or product will be entertained.

In certain cases, we reserve the right to accept or decline a return request. Moreover, if a product is out of stock, we have the right to offer an alternative for it.
